At Made New Pilates, body weight resistance and spring tension on various Merrithew™ equipment are used to strengthen the entire body from the largest to the smallest muscle groups. Each lesson is tailor-made for every woman to ensure individual goals are met in a safe and efficient manner. Private in-studio lessons are 55 minutes and is usually booked on the hour.
