STOTT PILATES® CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR FOR MATWORK, REFORMER, CADILLAC, CHAIR, & BARRELS

Rudy Lee graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Interior Design. She spent many years working for an international award-winning interior design firm before leaving the design industry to follow her long-time dream of becoming a Pilates Instructor. While designing and creating beautiful spaces for multiple residences and five star hotels around the world, she developed a passion for working with others and developed her keen eye for detail.

Rudy has a lifelong passion for physical fitness. From swimming to playing tennis, cycling to hot yoga, she is a lover of all forms of movements. Growing up, Rudy always enjoyed trying new activities but ever since she took her very first Pilates class nearly 15 years ago, she knew she cannot live without it. The strength and mobility she gained in such a short time amazed her. Not only was she stronger, but her body has never felt better. It has truly become a way of life for her! She experienced the benefits of Pilates first-hand and decided to pursue her STOTT Pilates® Certification to teach others. Now a mother of two children, Rudy has completed her comprehensive training and obtained her full certification at the STOTT Pilates® head office in Toronto.

Rudy’s passion as an instructor comes from working with people and helping them reach their personal goals regardless of age or fitness level. She takes great interest in tailoring exercise programs for each individual in order to help improve and challenge clients to new levels of strength and body awareness. Through her attention to detail and her ability to focus on each client with care, she continuously strives to help her clients’ lives improve as they work towards fitness goals. In addition to witnessing their physical progress, she enjoys seeing her clients’ energy and self-confidence grow. Being able to help others move better and feel stronger is Rudy’s personal goal and also the purpose of Made New Pilates.

Rudy regularly participates in continuing education workshops, seminars and classes to fuel her curiosity of the human anatomy and movement and to stay up to date on current mind-body research and development.
